Heifer 2421 is a Purebred South Poll heifer.  She is a red heifer that was born on our ranch on January 28th, 2024.  She is descended from the Broadway and Bubba Joes lies on her sire's side.  Her dam is Lot # 8 in this sale, a cow that is descended from Greg Judy's herd.  This heifer is 100% South Poll, but because that cow from Greg Judy was not registered, Heifer 2421 is downgraded to a purebred instead of a fullblood South Poll.  Her dam 1803 is for sale because we are phasing out our percentage South Polls as we transition to an exclusively purebred and fullblood herd.

Heifer 2421 is exclusively grass-fed, eating grasses such as coastal bermuda and behia and cover crops along with hay in the-off season and quality minerals.  She has been rotationally grazed behind a single strand of hotwire.  She has tested negative for BVD PI.
