75% Registered South Poll Cow 2317 is a 3-year-old cow. She was born on our ranch in 2023 and we affectionally called her "Giraffe" because when she was little her budding horns and pattern on her face reminded us of a little giraffe. She is a great-granddaughter of Broadway. She is bred-up from Beefmaster. Giraffe weighed approximately 975 lbs. on 3/18/2026. She has not been exposed to a bull since calving and is ready for your bull.
Bull Calf 2617 was born on January 12th weighing 55 lbs. We think it is kind of neat that 2317 was the 17th calf born in 2023 and her calf was the 17th born this year.
This pair is exclusively grass-fed, eating grasses such as coastal bermuda, behia, and cover crops along with hay in the-off season and quality minerals year-round. They have been rotationally grazed, moving daily behind a single strand of hotwire. Both dam and calf have tested negative for BVD PI.
