Bull 2306 (Reg # 58673) is a Fullblood 100% South Poll.  He was born on our ranch on January 20, 2023 weighing 74 lbs.  He just turned 2 years old.  He is a great grandson of Broadway (sire's side) which is where we think we inherited his depth of body, and is also a great grandson of Dynamite on his dam's side.  His sire is Bull 1907 (you can see pictures of 1907 under our semen for sale listing).  He is half-brother on the dam's side to Bull 1948 (you can see pictures of 1948 in our semen for sale listings).  Bull 2306's dam (Cow 1015) is an almost 10 year old cow that we bought in 2016 as a 14 month old heifer.  In addition to Bull 2306, she has produced 3 other herd sires for us.  We used and then sold one of these (Bull 1824).  Both last year and this year, the other two bulls (1948 and 2103) from Cow 1015 are our herd sires.  Cow 1015 has never missed a calf and just had another little bull calf in January of 2025 that we are very excited about.  Bull 2308 is a good tempered bull that stands behind one strand of hotwire and is rotationally grazed.  He has been exclusively grass-fed.  His breeding soundness exam and most recent trichomoniasis test are posted in this listing.  He is a virgin bull.  If you want South Poll genetics but love the look of a Hereford, this may be the bull for you.  Call us at 903-681-4211 to schedule a viewing or to purchase the bull.
