Cow 2244 is a Registered 75% South Poll cow.  We affectionately call her "Socks."  She is a red white-faced cow that looks like she has white socks. She is extremely friendly and well tempered.  She was born on our ranch and just turned 3 years-old in February.  She comes from the  Broadway and RH60 lines.  On her dam's side, she descends from an unregistered Greg Judy South Poll.  While she is 100% South Poll, the unregistered Greg Judy South Poll downgraded her to a percentage in the registry.   Socks has a 6-month-old steer calf on her side.  She has not been exposed to a bull since she calved.  We would have bred her in April/May had we kept her.  This pair is available because we are transitioning to all pure and fullbloods.

This pair is exclusively grass-fed, eating grasses such as coastal bermuda and behia and cover crops along with hay in the-off season and quality minerals.  They have been rotationally grazed behind a single strand of hotwire.  They have tested negative for BVD PI.
