Heifer 2532 is a 50% South Poll.  She is a red heifer that was born on our ranch on January 28, 2025.  She is a virgin heifer and has not been exposed to a bull.  She weighed approximately 775 lbs. on March 18, 2026.  Her dam averages around 1400 lbs., however Heifer 2532's older sisters averaged around 1000 to 1100 lbs.  Heifer 2532's mother is a 12-year-old cow from our original grass-fed herd before we converted to South Poll cattle.  She is a brindled Braford.  Heifer 2532 descends from Broadway, Bubba Joe, and Dynamite on her sire's side.  Her sire is Jackson Storm.  

Heifer 2532 is exclusively grass-fed, eating grasses such as coastal bermuda, behia, and cover crops along with hay in the-off season and quality minerals.  She has been rotationally grazed behind a single strand of hotwire.  She has tested negative for BVD PI.  If you have any questions about this lot or any lot in the sale, please reach out to us at 903-681-4211 or info@hoofandhide.com.
