Bull 1948 was born on our ranch in 2019 with a birthweight of 55 lbs.  The average birthweight of his offspring is 65 lbs.  He is almost 7 years old now and his last weight was 1570 lbs.  1948 is one of our main herd bulls.  His dam is 1015, a descendent of Brutus, Bubba Joe, and Dynamite.  She was born in 2015 and is still going strong in our herd.  We have used several of her sons as breeding bulls for our own herd, including her bull calf born in 2025.  He started service at 14 months old.  Bull 1948's sire is 325, a powerhouse bull that is a son of Broadway.  325 retired from service at 11 years old.  Bull 1948 is standing on our ranch and you are welcome to schedule a time to see him.  Call 903-681-4211 or email info@hoofandhide.com to check current semen inventory or to purchase.
