Registered Fullblood South Poll Cow 7720 is a 10-year-old open cow.  She last calved on January 27, 2026.  Immediately after calving, we had a freezing rain and we brought her and her calf into the barn.  In the barn, she developed what we think was a mineral imbalance (grass tetany or milk fever).  We treated her with magnesium and calcium and she recovered.  She didn't breed back and we believe it was this mineral imbalance that kept her from breeding this year.  We expect that she will breed back again now that she has had some time to recover.  We have retained five of her seven calves as replacement heifers for our own herd including her 2026 heifer calf.  Cow 7720 descends from RH60/Cassanova, 4401, and Brutus.  Cow 7720 weighed approximately 1130 lbs on 9/3/2026 when she weaned her 2026 heifer calf.  Cow 7720 is ready for your bull.  

Cow 7720 is exclusively grass-fed, eating grasses such as coastal bermuda and behia and cover crops along with hay in the-off season and quality minerals year-round.  She has been rotationally grazed, moving daily behind a single strand of hotwire.  Her negative BVD PI test will be attached for your reference.
